We charge our clients based on the following criteria:


- one page of target text is set at 1 800 characters, not 1 600 or even 1 500, as set by some agencies (with the exception of certified translations, which are set at the generally agreed rate of 1 125 characters per page)
- we can return texts up to five pages long within 24 hours, whereas other translation agencies often offer a minimum deadline of 3-7 days, raising rates when time is of the essence by as much as 50%-100%
- we impose no surcharge for specialist texts, graphics, PowerPoint presentations, hand-written source documents, etc.
- there is no minimum text length-we are happy to accept texts of all lengths
- we offer a 10% discount for first-time clients with a text of five pages or less

It may be possible to conclude long-term contracts with regular clients, allowing the provision of attractive fixed rates on urgent jobs.
